Cancellations: We know life gets in the way sometimes. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know. However, we ask you provide 24 hours courtesy notice. Our staff take time and effort to prepare for your visits, so please understand that we charge the full appointment fee if you miss a session without canceling within the 24-hour window. Note that insurance companies generally do not provide reimbursement for “late cancellation” or “no show” sessions. We respect your time and appreciate your respect for ours.
Billing and Payments: For each visit, please pay at the time of the appointment. Rappore respectfully asks that you put a credit card on file in our secure electronic vault so that we can expedite the payment process and minimize your wait time. Please contact us with any questions about our billing and payments process.
Fees: As you can imagine, Rappore’s fees vary based on our clinicians and the services provided. If you have any questions, our care coordinators are happy to discuss our fees over the phone.
Note that Rappore is out-of-network with most insurance carriers, but we do accept out-of-network benefits. Many insurance carriers offer out-of-network benefits or reimbursement, which vary based on your policy. We are fully committed to helping you receive reimbursement whenever possible. Check your specific policy with your insurance company.
Full payment is expected at the time of visit via credit card.
