Jill utilizes various evidence-based modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

Jill will leverage her diverse background, extensive training, and clinical experience to promote an environment of support, insight, and change. She desires to see individuals reach the entirety of their personal potential.  Jill takes a strength-based, client-centered approach by helping individuals identify their resilience while working towards their therapeutic goals. Additionally, she utilizes a variety of evidence-based modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques, while ensuring they are delivered in a culturally competent way. Furthermore, she welcomes the integration of faith into the therapeutic process if it is of importance to clients. Jill’s experience includes working with adults challenged with depression, anxiety, bipolar, life transitions, grief, attachment issues, social disenfranchisement, work/life balance, and interpersonal relationships. Leading with empathy and compassion, she meets individuals where they are.

Jill received her Masters in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY. Her clinical experience includes working for the University of Rochester Medical Center in the Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic.
