Rappore virtual visits allow you to meet our licensed therapists and psychiatrists from the comfort, convenience, and safety of your home. With telepsychiatry, you can access our clinicians more easily than ever before.

Our psychiatrists and therapists will offer you the same level of expert compassionate care you expect in a face-to-face visit, minus the commute.

How Our Virtual Visits Work

Building rapport starts when you request a consultation.

One of our care coordinators will reach out to match you with a Rappore clinician. You will then receive an email with information to create an account or log in to our patient portal. Our integrated online system allows you to complete all intake documentation prior to your virtual visit. Once an account is created, you can easily schedule follow-up appointments with your Rappore clinician.

We have partnered with Athenahealth to provide telemedicine appointments. You will be able to use the secure app to meet with our psychiatrists and therapists online when a visit has been scheduled. You will receive a confirmation email with the appointment code.

A seamless onboarding process facilitates a personalized clinical match, determines insurance eligibility, and provides a more comprehensive view of a patient's Mental Health Fingerprint®. We have the ability to get patients set up for an initial evaluation within 48 hours.
