Sarah, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who supports individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, substance use disorders, and trauma. She has worked with people across the lifespan in a range of clinical settings, including inpatient medicine and psychiatry, emergency behavioral health, and electroconvulsive therapy.

Sarah approaches care with empathy and collaboration, developing treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based psychopharmacology, therapeutic support, and psychoeducation. She strives to create a calm, nonjudgmental environment where people feel safe, respected, and less alone as they discover new ways to cope, feel empowered, and move forward with hope. She is passionate about promoting emotional regulation, a focus that shaped her doctoral project on sensory modulation, which she presented at the Sigma International Honor Society of Nursing conference.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New York University, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Fairfield University.
