About Yudelka Ivory, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Yudelka is committed to partnering with patients in their healing journey and empowering each individual to engage in meaningful conversations that support their health and wellness goals.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, she has extensive experience managing chronic conditions across diverse clinical settings. Yudelka earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Cornell University and her master’s degree in nursing from Columbia University, where she trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As part of an integrated primary care psychiatry model, she provided mental health care within primary care settings before completing an advanced certificate as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the University of Rochester in 2025. She is dual board-certified by the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
Outside of work, Yudelka enjoys hiking, knitting, and binge-watching veterinary shows. She appreciates the changing seasons and is passionate about supporting local communities.
