Kelly Eustace, LMSW, is a licensed therapist and member of the clinical team at Rappore, serving patients throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Kelly utilizes her great sense of empathy, compassion, and a strengths-based lens, to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients, which she believes is the foundation for successful therapeutic outcomes.
She creates a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment in her sessions, and implements a collaborative approach to help empower her clients to identify personal goals, potential barriers, enact positive changes, and work towards achieving self-determination.
Kelly earned her Masters Degree in Social Work at Fordham University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, providing individual, family, and group therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient-mental health, school systems, and residential treatment.
Kelly provides culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care, drawing from various modalities depending on client needs, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Kelly has experience treating a variety of diagnoses, specializing in anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, and trauma. She also has experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, as well as youth and their families involved with the Child Welfare System.
