Tima is intensively trained in DBT, and incorporates core components of DBT in her therapy practice.
Tima Hambleton, LMSW, is a licensed master social worker and a skilled member of the clinical team at Rappore, a therapy services and medication management practice based in Manhattan, New York. Tima is committed to helping her patients experience an improved sense of mental wellness and a better quality of life.
Tima earned her Masters in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work. She is intensively trained in dialectical behavioral therapy and incorporates the core components of DBT and DBT skills into her practice. Tima has worked with people of all ages and specializes in working with incarcerated populations and individuals involved in the criminal justice system. Tima’s previous experience includes working at inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient treatment clinics, jails and prisons, and NYC Criminal Courts.
